56 Years of Contribution

Over Half a Century of Commitment to China-Pakistan Infrastructure

For over 56 years, two generations of the founding family have devoted themselves to China-Pakistan infrastructure projects. From participating in the construction of the Karakoram Highway at 4,700 meters to pioneering manufacturing localization, they have endured harsh conditions, supported capacity cooperation, and contributed to Pakistan’s development and bilateral industrial growth.

  • 2017
    Established a team of expert consultants to guide enterprises in overseas expansion, providing strategic support for entering new markets.
  • 2020
    Upgraded the consultant team and founded an NGO to facilitate bilateral economic, trade, and investment exchanges between China and Pakistan.
  • 2022
    Leveraged integrated resources to launch Changjiang Industrial, leading production capacity transfer and setting a benchmark for global manufacturing.
  • 2023
    Developed exclusive overseas trade channels for Chinese engines and light industrial products, promoting supply chain localization.
  • 2025
    Formed a Group to consolidate multiple business lines, creating a unified structure for diversified operations.

    Standardized production line, testing and maintenance facilities, equipment, etc. Achieve the replacement of 70% of similar imported products with flatbed mounting plates, box-type mounting plates, and tank truck mounting plates.
  • Enterprise Overseas Expansion Full-Process ConsultingServices
    Established think tank , focuses on providing strategic escort and consulting services for Chinese enterprises entering the Pakistani market and Pakistani enterprises entering the Chinese market.
  • Policy Interpretation and Decision Support Results
    China-Pakistan Cooperation Strategic Research, Enterprise Internationalization Strategic Consulting (covering market research, policy adaptation, risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, logistics and warehousing solution design, and other full-process services)
  • Field Research Data Asset Accumulation
    The research institute conducts periodic surveys, interviewing over 600 government and enterprise personnel, forming a database with 13 industry samples and 200+ enterprise operation models.

  • Drive Pakistan's Manufacturing Upgrade to High-End
    Plan to achieve basic intelligent operations within five years, introduce ERP/MES systems, standardize industrial SOP and HSE compliance, and reduce localized industrial raw material costs.
  • Build a Ten-Billion-Level Industrial Cluster
    Leveraging the Chang Jiang Industrial Investment Fund model, replicate the “Fund + Base + Industry” ecosystem in Pakistan, aiming to incubate 2–3 unicorn enterprises.
  • Lead the demonstration of green & low-carbon transformation
    All new factories must meet LEED or China Green Building Standards, achieve a 15% reduction in carbon emission intensity by around 2030, and have a green electricity usage proportion exceeding 60%.
